Picture frame return costs: cash refund or exchange

Apply Republeq’s captured terms to a wrong frame variant: ordinary refunds, crypto exchange conditions, return shipping and separate purchase/delivery clocks.

Picture frame return costs depend on what can happen to the purchase after you discover that you chose the wrong variant. Republeq's published terms distinguish a possible ordinary refund from a cryptocurrency purchase that cannot be returned for a refund. An exchange request is a different route, with its own conditions and an availability limit.

This guide uses the Returns & Exchanges Policy dated January 12, 2026, captured on October 16, 2026, in UTC. It applies that actual policy to two Americanflat collage-frame offers. It does not report an approved return, a completed exchange or a promised outcome for a particular order. Recheck the applicable terms and payment options before placing your own order.

Identify the frame you would be returning

The Americanflat MP-MDF-CF-1620-BLACK-9OP offer describes a black 16-by-20 collage frame with an MDF frame, polished plexiglass front and white mat. Its mat arrangement takes one six-by-eight picture, four five-by-seven pictures and four four-by-four pictures. The description also names a single 16-by-20 display option.

The Americanflat MP-MDF-CF-2020-BLACK-11OP offer describes a black 20-by-20 MDF collage frame. Its mat arrangement takes one eight-by-ten picture, four five-by-five pictures and six four-by-six pictures, with a single full-size picture option also described. Both offers name turn buttons and hanging hardware.

These are different proposed purchases, not two labels for one interchangeable package. Keep the complete model with the order. A request concerning the first frame should not become an enquiry about the second merely because both are black Americanflat collage frames. Check the described picture arrangement against the variant you intend to order.

The captured item offers were USD 63.20 and USD 72.24 respectively on October 16, 2026, in UTC. Those are item-price snapshots, without a claim about a delivered total or a future quote. They identify the spending under discussion; they do not establish the amount that any individual refund would include.

Cash refund versus exchange changes the purchase decision

For cash refund versus exchange, the policy's non-crypto section describes returns or exchanges within thirty days of purchase, with the goods in original condition and proof of purchase retained. An approved refund goes to the original payment method. This section is stated for non-cryptocurrency purchases where applicable; check what the actual checkout offers.

The cryptocurrency section gives a different answer. A purchase paid with cryptocurrency cannot be returned for a refund. The restriction includes stablecoins and other digital assets. Choosing that payment route therefore does not leave the same published refund possibility available if you later decide that you ordered the wrong frame.

An exchange does not put the purchase money back into the account from which you planned another expense. It concerns obtaining other goods under the applicable exchange process. If your buying decision depends on being able to recover money after changing your mind, keep that requirement distinct from a willingness to accept another suitable product.

Neither route is an automatic approval. The ordinary section has conditions and exclusions; the crypto exchange section has additional condition requirements and an availability limit. This guide describes those published terms rather than treating a payment receipt or an initial support message as a completed remedy.

Crypto exchange eligibility requires the item to remain unused

The crypto exchange request falls within thirty days of the original purchase. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. The policy also requires the original packaging and supplied accessories, manuals and tags, together with payment evidence. An order confirmation, receipt or transaction hash can provide that evidence.

For these frames, the listed hanging hardware is part of the supplied equipment to keep track of. Do not treat an unwanted frame as the only object involved in returning its package. Follow the applicable exchange instructions for the actual goods and retain the material the policy requires; the product description does not replace those conditions.

The unused requirement does not support planning a period of display before deciding whether the frame belongs in the room. If you need to know whether a particular inspection or opening action is permitted, obtain an answer about that action before taking it. The captured policy does not define every handling step that counts as use.

Exchange availability also matters. The policy makes an exchange dependent on available product. It does not promise that the other Americanflat variant will be available, held aside or supplied in response to your request. A plan that requires a specific alternative should retain that limitation rather than treating an exchange as reserved stock.

An ordering mistake differs from incorrect fulfilment

If you order the 16-by-20 variant and receive the 16-by-20 variant, discovering that you actually wanted the 20-by-20 arrangement is an ordering-choice issue. That observation does not make the shipment an incorrectly supplied item. Describe the model ordered, the model received and what you wanted separately.

If the received model differs from the confirmed order, keep that discrepancy attached to the order record. Republeq's defective-or-incorrect-items section addresses goods that arrive defective, damaged in shipping or incorrectly shipped. It calls for contact within seven days of delivery and says the company may offer a replacement or exchange at its discretion, including for crypto purchases.

The seven-day notice starts at delivery; the thirty-day window starts at purchase. Save both dates. Do not assume that a thirty-day exchange enquiry also satisfies the separate timing for a damaged parcel, or that the delivery date restarts the ordinary purchase window.

A problem report is not an instruction to ship the frame immediately. The exchange process says to contact the company with the order and payment evidence, then wait for authorization and shipping directions. Keep the actual description of the issue with that request so the response can address the correct circumstance.

Return shipping and refund timing affect available money

For return shipping and refund timing, the policy assigns shipping costs to the customer unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly. It gives no fixed postage quote for either selected frame. Obtain the applicable instructions and actual shipping information instead of inserting an invented return charge into your budget.

A qualifying exception in that sentence is not a published promise that a prepaid label will automatically arrive. The process still requires authorization and directions. If the issue concerns shipping damage, keep that description accurate and obtain the instructions that apply to the reported parcel rather than assuming an arrangement from another return.

Approved non-crypto refunds are typically processed within seven to ten business days after the returned item has been inspected. The starting point is inspection, not the day you first send an enquiry. The page also says that timing can vary with the payment provider. It does not supply a fixed inspection date for your parcel.

If the replacement purchase depends on returned money, retain that starting point in the plan. A pending request is not available funds. Return transport, inspection and refund processing are separate stages; the stated processing estimate does not establish how long all of them will take together. Plan the next purchase without assuming that the request date is the repayment date.

Check exclusions before treating a return as available

The policy excludes clearance or final-sale goods, digital goods, gift cards or store credit, personalized or custom-made items, and goods damaged through misuse, alteration or normal wear. The exclusions apply regardless of the payment method. Their presence is another reason that the ordinary refund section cannot be read as unconditional permission for every order.

The selected native frame descriptions do not identify a custom inscription or a personalized printing service. Do not invent one from the fact that a buyer intends to display personal photographs. Equally, check the actual order for any applicable sale or variant notice rather than assuming that the captured item description supplies every checkout condition.

The policy also declines price adjustments on earlier purchases. A later price change is therefore a separate issue from receiving the wrong item or choosing the wrong frame. The captured prices above are snapshots, not a promise that a difference appearing later will be paid back.

The policy says posted updates apply to purchases made after an updated policy appears. Keep the applicable terms with the actual order date. A page read later should not silently replace that record. This article establishes the captured October wording, without claiming what a future policy or an individual case review will say.

Use the related guides at their actual scope

The crypto shopping returns guide provides general questions about condition, deadlines, authorization and transport. It expressly does not establish a merchant's current rules. Here, the captured Republeq policy supplies the concrete distinction between a conditional ordinary refund route and the crypto exchange route without a return-for-refund option.

The Thanksgiving menu display guide treats a Bybiment frame or an Umbra gallery set as optional display choices. Those are different offers from the Americanflat frames here. A creative reason to want a frame does not change the payment-dependent return terms for the actual item you order.

Keep the crypto order evidence with the chosen variant

Before choosing cryptocurrency for one of these frames, make the variant decision and the exchange-only limitation part of the same checkout decision. Under the captured Republeq policy, a cryptocurrency purchase cannot be returned for a refund; an eligible exchange instead depends on the stated conditions and available product. Do not proceed on the assumption that an unwanted frame can later be turned back into purchase money through that exchange process. For this proposed republeq.com order, confirm that the checkout offers USDT before preparing a transfer. Read the asset, network and receiving details provided there, rather than copying information from a different transaction. Retain the complete Americanflat model and the order's item description with the payment confirmation so a later request identifies the frame actually purchased. Keep the transaction identifier as payment evidence alongside the order confirmation and any correspondence about the selected variant. The policy accepts payment proof for an exchange, but that proof does not remove its requirements about the item's condition, packaging and included material. If a delivery arrives damaged or differs from the order, keep that event separate from discovering that you selected the wrong variant. The policy gives such delivery problems their own reporting period and describes a discretionary replacement or exchange response, including for crypto orders. It does not convert that section into an unconditional refund promise. Before authorizing a transfer, resolve any question that would change your willingness to accept these terms. Afterwards, check the merchant's recorded payment state through its process before making another transfer if the first payment remains uncertain. A correct transfer record establishes payment evidence; it cannot establish exchange availability, approve a handling step or alter the purchased frame's described picture arrangement.
