The motor is load-tested. Its brushes are designed to match the armature and contacts, and each motor receives a measured amount of lubricant for quiet operation and long life. Its gears use material described as stronger and less brittle than O.E. to resist early wear, stripping and breakage. The magnets provide torque for extreme weather and worn wiper-linkage components.
