CARDONE Cardone 66-9217 is a new front-right CV axle assembly, sku-705703198, UPC 884548287327. It fits select Land Rover Range Rover vehicles from 2003-2012; the application is also listed as Range Rover 2012-03. Check vehicle fit before ordering. OE references are IED500022 and IED500110. CARDONE says its engineering processes are intended to meet O.E. form, fit and function.

Neoprene boots have additional bellows where needed to resist stress and cracking. CV axle part numbers with an HD suffix are for severe-duty applications and have a thermoplastic outboard boot instead of a traditional neoprene boot. Each unit includes a new axle retaining nut because the original may be worn or stripped.

Axle measurements are validated after assembly, and boot clamps are pneumatically crimped to seal the boot to the housing. The grease is made for high temperatures and torque. Precision-rolled splines are intended to fit the mating hub and transmission.
