CARDONE engineers the axles to meet O.E. form, fit and function, then checks their measurements after assembly. Neoprene boots have additional bellows where needed to resist stress and cracking. Parts with an “HD” suffix are for severe-duty applications and use a thermoplastic outboard boot in place of traditional neoprene. Each unit includes a new axle retaining nut.
Pneumatically crimped boot clamps seal the boot to the housing; the grease is intended for high-temperature, high-torque use. Precision-rolled splines are designed to fit the mating hub and transmission.
