Precise machining tolerances are intended to prevent oil leaks, poor timing, a "Check Engine" light and premature failure.

Automated equipment checks signal strength, harness polarity, air gap, crank reluctor tooth size, ignition coil performance and pickup performance. 100% new points and condensers are installed where applicable. The distributor is remanufactured to stringent quality standards and is described as having guaranteed fit and function and meeting or exceeding O.E.M. performance.
