O.E. components with consistently high failure rates are 100% replaced or repaired to meet or exceed O.E. performance.

Precise machining tolerances are intended to prevent oil leaks, poor timing, a “Check Engine” light, and premature failure. Automated equipment checks signal strength, wire-harness polarity, air gap, crank reluctor tooth size, ignition coil performance, and pickup performance. Where applicable, new points and condensers are installed.

The distributor is remanufactured under quality standards, is guaranteed to fit and function, and meets or exceeds O.E.M. performance. OE reference: MB546635.
