The metal motor housing resists corrosion and dissipates heat; plastic inner gears reduce noise and resist wear. Copper windings provide electrical conductivity and heat resistance, while the rotor and brush maintain contact with the commutator to reduce energy loss. Installation: 1.

Disconnect the battery, remove the wiper arms, and remove the cowl or liftgate panel unless there is an access cover. 2. Unplug the motor, detach the linkage arm, and remove the old motor, noting its orientation. 3. Secure the new motor with mounting bolts without overtightening, then reconnect the linkage and electrical connector. 4. Test the wipers before reassembly.

Package includes 1x rear wiper motor. The listing also references wiper blade 61629801999 and wiper arm 61622754287. Replace a damaged motor if the wiper sticks or makes unusual noises.
