Hokema Kalimbas B7 Kalimba cherry wood sku-18716956603

The Hokema Kalimbas B7 Kalimba has a solid, resonant American cherry wood body. Its body is the same size as the B9, but its wider tines make it easier to play. The instrument's deep tones produce vibrations felt strongly in the hands, one reason music therapists especially favor it. Its pentatonic tuning keeps the notes in harmony and makes it approachable for beginners.

Tuned to pentatonic C, the B7 works with the Soundscape Terra C-major collection. The tines are tuned E, G, D, E, C, A, A. Placing the kalimba on a flat surface, such as a table or drum, amplifies its sound. It measures 4.8 x 3.6 x 1.4 inch. SKU: sku-18716956603.
