This FNIRSI Electrical Testing device combines a dual-channel oscilloscope, true RMS multimeter and DDS signal generator. Its IPS color display is specified as 2.8inch (2.8 inches). The ABS and silicone housing is drop and shock resistant, and the circuit board uses an immersion-gold process.

The generator provides 7 waveforms, with a maximum output frequency of 2MHz and adjustable frequency, amplitude and duty cycle; its frequency step is 1Hz, amplitude range is 0.1–3.3V, and duty cycle range is 0–100%. The multimeter measures AC and DC voltage and current, resistance and capacitance, and tests diodes and continuity.
