The hollow, weight-reducing body is CNC-machined aviation aluminum with a polished, anodized finish.
Its base has 2 bottom quick-release plates made to the RRS/ARCA-SWISS standard. One end locks with spring screws and has 1/4 and 3/8 screw holes; the opposite floating plate has 1/4 screw holes. The quick-release plate uses the AS 39mm standard and fits RRS, ARCA-SWISS, KIRK, WIMBERLEY, MARKINS, SUNWAYFOTO, KANGRINPOCHE, BENRO, MARSACE and ISHOOT Arca 39mm ball heads.
