Designed for RV and marine systems that already have a battery charger or generator, the 1000 watt unit powers small appliances, TVs and other onboard electronics when shore power is unavailable. A built-in transfer switch senses generator or shore power. The detachable digital remote displays inverter load, AC source and battery voltage and can be mounted remotely.
The unit mounts horizontally or vertically, has conformal-coated circuit boards for moisture resistance, and connects through a terminal strip or the included GFCI receptacle. A 15A circuit breaker protects GFCI-connected loads; hardwired loads allow up to 25A pass-through. It meets FCC Class B regulations and has UL 458 certification.
Protection covers battery over-voltage and under-voltage, excess temperature, overloads, short circuits and ground faults.
