This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — no hard drive included. Because we stock a large number of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery or repair of WD SATA 3.5 drives. Before purchasing, verify compatibility by consulting our Donor Matching Guide and run our hard drive diagnostics to confirm a PCB replacement is the correct fix. Note: most hard drive PCBs hold unique information in a ROM "memory" chip that is required for the drive to function properly. The ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement board; if physical relocation of the chip is possible, a local computer technician can usually perform the transfer.
