What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Apple iOS iPhone 12 mini, model TOAPI12MC64BKV3P, is a Black prepaid phone with 64GB of storage, listed as 64 GB. SKU: sku-15104218456; UPC: 616960566953. It is locked to Total Wireless. The phone has a 5.4-inch Super Retina XDR display, an A14 Bionic chip and Ceramic Shield.

Apple describes Ceramic Shield as tougher than any smartphone glass, basing that claim on the iPhone 12 mini front compared with the previous-generation iPhone. The display has rounded corners; measured as a rectangle, it is 5.42 inches diagonally, and the viewable area is smaller.

The dual-camera system has 12MP Ultra Wide and Wide cameras, Night mode, Deep Fusion, Smart HDR 3 and 4K Dolby Vision HDR recording. The 12MP TrueDepth front camera also has Night mode and 4K Dolby Vision HDR recording. The phone supports MagSafe accessories for attachment and faster wireless charging; accessories are sold separately.

Its splash, water and dust resistance was tested under controlled laboratory conditions to IP68 under IEC standard 60529, at a maximum depth of 6 meters for up to 30 minutes. Resistance can decline with wear. Do not charge a wet phone; follow the user guide for cleaning and drying. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.

For 5G service, a data plan, a capable device and coverage are required; availability and speeds vary by market, carrier and site conditions. Total Wireless offers a no-contract plan to pair with the phone. On its Base 5G plan, data may be temporarily slower than other traffic during congestion. Video streams at up to 480p on Base and Total 5G plans, or 720p on 5G+ plans.

5G Ultra Wideband access is included with Total 5G Unlimited and Total 5G+ Unlimited plans. The stated 5-year price guarantee applies to new Total Wireless subscribers and covers the then-current tax-inclusive monthly plan rate, with taxes and fees included. It excludes transactional, one-time and equipment charges, as well as promotions, add-ons, features and discounts such as Auto Pay.

The guarantee may end if service lapses, is suspended or terminated, or moves to an ineligible plan.
