Overview: The TFCFL WVC-700W is a compact, waterproof grid-tie microinverter built from durable aluminum alloy for long service life and corrosion resistance. Its small footprint (8.39*2.28*9.84inch) and lightweight construction make it easy to install without taking up much space. Power and Efficiency: Equipped with high-precision maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and efficient power reverse transmission technology, this inverter captures and locks the panel’s peak output and can boost generation by more than 25%. Excess energy can be sent back to the grid with a power transmission rate up to 99.9%. Control and Display: A front LCD screen provides real-time monitoring of voltage, power, frequency, current, etc. The unit uses intelligent soft switching, high-frequency switching power supply technology, and 32-bit DSP full digital SPWM control technology for fast, stable, and interference-resistant operation. Safety and Isolation: Input and output are fully electrically isolated with a fully isolated booster circuit for improved insulation and reliability. Built-in protections include over-temperature protection, under-voltage alarm, under-voltage protection, over-voltage protection, short circuit protection, and overload protection. The enclosure is IP65 rated to guard against rain and surface erosion. Installation Flexibility: Multiple units can be stacked or paralleled to form a single-phase parallel stacking system, or combined to create a three-phase AC system. Maintenance and Service: After installation you generally do not need routine maintenance—periodic cleaning of dust from photovoltaic panels is sufficient. Important Installation Notes and Electrical Requirements: - The AC output port must be connected to the home grid to operate as a grid-connected inverter. Do not attempt to use the AC output without grid connection. - When using solar panels as the input source, the VOC must be between 30-48V. We recommend sizing solar panels at about 20% higher than the inverter rating. For example, if the product is 600W, the total solar panel power should be between 700-750W. - When the input source is a battery, the recommended battery voltage is 36V (can be achieved by connecting three 12V batteries in series). Do not reverse polarity when connecting. - Recommended battery currents: 36V/10mah for 300W, 36V/20mah for 600W, and 36V/40-45mah for 1200W. - Ensure input and output voltages are within the inverter’s normal operating range for proper grid-connected operation.
