TFCFL WVC-1400W IP65 Waterproof Solar Grid-Tie Microinverter
Overview: The TFCFL WVC-1400W is a rugged, IP65-rated grid-tie microinverter built for long-term outdoor use. Its aluminum alloy housing offers corrosion resistance and reduced rusting for extended service life. The compact unit measures 8.27*1.57*14.72inch, making it lightweight and space-efficient. Performance & Control: Engineered with an isolated high-frequency transformer, imported industrial components, and proprietary MPPT technology, this microinverter delivers high responsiveness and maximum power point locking with efficiency greater than 99%. It uses intelligent soft switching, a high-frequency switching power supply, and 32-bit DSP full digital SPWM control technology for fast operation, strong anti-interference capability, and advanced functionality. Electrical Safety & Isolation: The input and output are fully electrically isolated, improving overall insulation and safety through a fully isolated booster circuit. Thermal Management: A self-cooling arrangement and purpose-designed heat dissipation holes keep operating temperatures down, lowering safety risks and helping to extend usable life. Protections & Durability: Built-in safeguards include over-temperature protection, under-voltage alarm, under-voltage protection, over-voltage protection, short circuit protection, and overload protection. The IP65 waterproof rating protects the unit from rain and outdoor exposure. Installation Flexibility: The microinverter supports flexible mounting — stack multiple units to form a single-phase parallel system or combine them to create a three-phase supply. A detailed manual and installation accessories are provided to guide setup. Maintenance: After the initial installation of your power station, the inverter requires minimal upkeep; routine cleaning of dust from photovoltaic panels is typically sufficient. Electrical Connections & Notes: • This product is grid-connected — the AC output must be tied to the household grid to generate power. • The inverter lacks a built-in monitoring function. • Ensure DC input cables are correctly connected to solar panels, batteries, or wind generators; do not reverse polarity. • When using solar panels, the open-circuit voltage (VOC) should be between 30-48V. • We recommend sizing solar panels at approximately 20% above the inverter rating. For example, if the product is 600W, the total power of the solar panels should be between 700-750W. If the product is 1200W, the total power of the solar panels should be between 1200-1400W. • For battery input, a 36V battery is suggested (three 12V batteries in series). Recommended battery current: 36V/10mah for 300W, 36V/20mah for 600W, and 36V/40-45mah for 1200W. • Make sure input and output voltages fall within the normal operating range of the product for proper grid connection. Safety Precautions: Install the inverter in a well-ventilated, low-humidity location away from flammable or explosive materials. Do not disassemble the unit; repairs should only be performed by qualified service personnel. Keep children away from the device to prevent accidental contact and electric shock. Additional Reminder: Slight color variations due to photography and a 1-3cm measurement tolerance may occur. Please consider these factors before ordering.
