The Black syedee CC01 functional trainer, sku-5129598625, UPC 734189843331, is listed under View in your home - Fitness. Its 352lbs weight stack and interchangeable clips allow 2:1 and 1:1 cable ratios. With 100 lbs loaded, a 1:1 ratio provides 100 pounds of resistance, while a 2:1 ratio provides 50 pounds.

The machine has an independent double pulley system and a single-sided cast steel weight stack; its listing title includes 2000lbs. The front uprights are 62 inches apart, compared with the 54-inch spacing discussed in the source; the wider spacing allows the arms to open farther during cable fly exercises and makes the unit more stable.

There are 17 cable positions, 75+ cable exercises and 9 basic chin-up grip variations. The chip-resistant, double-coated frame is made of 11-gauge steel. The unit weighs 650 lbs and measures 82 inches long, 30 inches wide and 88.6 inches high. Its cable setup also allows drop sets or supersets with little rest or weight handling between sets.
