Its frame uses heavy-duty 2 x 2-inch, 14-gauge steel and 2mm-thick aluminum pulleys. It measures 71 inches long, 55 inches wide and 90 inches high, with room for bench presses and squats.

The listing calls it a 2000LBS power cage and gives the Smith machine a capacity of up to 2000 lbs. Mikolo says its team made structural upgrades and conducted safety tests. The machine supports chest flies, lat pulldowns, seated cable rows, cable crossovers, half-rack exercises, bench presses, squats, pull-ups and leg presses.

Its oversized vertical leg-press footplate accommodates wide or rake-style training and can be removed with a quick-release pin to change functions. Leg presses work the quadriceps, hips, glutes and calves. The cable crossover uses 7-strand steel cables and smooth, corrosion-resistant aluminum pulleys.

Its independent dual pulleys allow bilateral exercises at a 1:1 force ratio, including workouts with another person. The machine occupies 20 square feet and has six weight-storage pegs, a barbell holder and six hooks for unused plates and accessories. A raised pull-up bar accommodates different heights.
