Slim Circular Polarizer (CPL) — Compatible with Canon RF 24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM

Built for use with the Canon RF 24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM, this circular polarizing filter uses an ultra-slim aluminum frame to prevent vignetting while still allowing smooth rotation for composition and exposure adjustments. A nonslip upper rim makes the filter simple to install, rotate and remove. The glass features double-sided, multi-layered coatings and is anti-oil, anti-dust, anti-soil, scratch & water resistant. As a CPL, it reduces unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water and glass, boosts color saturation and contrast (especially in blue skies and white clouds), and cuts haze in distant landscapes for richer, more vivid tones. The filter works by arranging and filtering directionally polarized light perpendicular to the reflected light so much of it is absorbed — with the strongest effect achieved at a 90° angle from the sun.
