The barrel features a mechanical aperture ring, knurled metal accents, and tactile switches and controls modeled on Sigma's Cine lenses for a premium handling experience. Built for Sony E-mount full-frame mirrorless cameras, this ultra-wide 24mm optic can also be used on APS-C bodies, delivering a 36mm equivalent focal length. Optical highlights include one SLD element and three aspherical elements, plus a Super Multi-Layer Coating to reduce flare and ghosting for improved contrast and neutral color reproduction in backlit situations.
