This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — the hard drive itself is NOT included. Because we have a large inventory, the exact PCB you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: replacement for data recovery or drive repair. Important: most hard drive PCBs store unique data in a ROM memory chip that is required for proper drive operation. That ROM chip or its contents must be transferred to the replacement board. If the ROM chip can be physically moved, a local computer technician can usually perform the transplant.
