This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / Logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we stock a large number of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended for hard drive repair or data recovery, this PCB is compatible with Seagate SATA 3.5 drives matching the listed identifiers. Most PCBs store unique drive parameters in a ROM memory chip; that ROM data is required for the drive to operate correctly and must be transferred or programmed onto the replacement board. If the ROM chip can be physically moved, a local computer technician can usually perform the transfer.
