Safavieh Mystique Indoor Rug Floor Decor | sku-47219663

Safavieh Mystique is a Floor Decor rug collection, SKU sku-47219663, available in multiple sizes. A rug pad is recommended to limit shifting. For indoor rugs, vacuum regularly, more often in high-traffic areas, without vacuuming the fringe. Blot spills promptly instead of rubbing them.

For stains, apply the foam from a mixture of water, white vinegar and mild detergent, then blot away residue; use a professional cleaner for difficult stains. For a rug made of 100 percent viscose, use a carpet sweeper or a low-power vacuum without engaged beater bars, and clean stains with a damp cloth and mild cleanser. Fabric softener may help preserve the fibers' softness.

New wool rugs may shed: vacuum them 1-2 times a week at first, without beater bars and in the direction of the pile. Shedding generally diminishes within 4-6 months; clip loose ends or loops rather than pulling them. Shipping creases may flatten with time or reverse rolling. Use furniture-leg protectors to reduce pile flattening, and keep the rug out of direct sunlight to limit fading.

For indoor-outdoor rugs, follow the material-specific care label, sweep or vacuum frequently, blot spills, sponge-clean with cold water, and periodically rinse with a hose and dry both sides.
