What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Two-frame set with remote greeting features: This Ricilar WiFi digital photo frame bundle works with the free uhale APP to send personalized blessing messages, greeting cards and scheduled or instant wishes to the frames from anywhere in the world — ideal for holidays like Christmas, Mother's Day or birthdays.

The app includes a variety of card styles and a dedicated blessing-send function for easy, heartfelt sharing. Display and controls: Each 10.1-inch frame uses an IPS panel with 1280*800 resolution and a 178° viewing angle, delivering clear, colorful photos from nearly any position.

The responsive touch screen simplifies navigation and settings so even less tech-savvy users can manage images, slideshows and playback. File support and media limits: Supports common image and video formats (JPEG, JPG, PNG, MP4). You can load up to 100 images at once and play video clips up to 2 minutes in length. Multimedia and playback options: Built-in speakers enhance video playback.

Customize slideshows with photo titles, multiple slideshow modes, playback order and on-screen weather/time display. Privacy and transfer options: Photo and video sharing is secured so only authorized users can access content. Uploading is flexible — use PC Web transfer to send files directly from a computer, or play media straight from a small memory card (up to 32GB).

Storage and expandability: Each frame includes 32GB internal memory capable of storing at least 50,000 photos. There is also an SD card slot for extended storage (SD card not included in the package), enabling import/export and backup without needing WiFi.

Placement and power-saving features: The frame auto-rotates photos between horizontal and vertical orientations for table-top or wall display and supports an energy-saving sleep mode. Gift-ready: With simple operation, wide format support and remote sharing through the uhale app, this digital picture frame pair makes a thoughtful present for family, friends or long-distance relatives.
