Overview The Reolink RLK8-410B4 is a PoE surveillance bundle that combines high-resolution cameras with an 8-channel NVR and a pre-installed 2TB HDD. The system supports motion detection and continuous 24/7 audio recording, delivering around-the-clock monitoring and evidence capture. Image Quality - Super HD 5MP camera: 2560x1920 pixel resolution (approximately 2.4× the pixels of 1080p Full HD and about 1.3× that of 1440p) for greater detail and clearer footage. - 4MP camera option: 2560x1440 resolution providing vivid colors and sharp images so objects are easy to identify. Easy PoE Installation Power over Ethernet (PoE) makes setup simple: a single network cable to each IP camera carries both power and video, minimizing wiring complexity for DIY installers and beginners. Remote Viewing and Control Access live video and manage the system using the free Reolink App on iOS and Android, the Reolink Client for Windows and Mac, or through web browsers for remote monitoring and configuration. Night Vision Equipped with strong LEDs and enhanced infrared illumination, the cameras offer reliable night vision up to 100 feet (environment dependent) to keep watch after dark. Playback and Event Review The NVR’s playback tools let you review recorded events easily: replay important clips, perform 4-channel simultaneous playback, conduct quick searches, and use the timeline/timer axis under split-screen to jump to specific days, hours, or minutes. Expandability and Compatibility This kit can be expanded to an 8-camera system using other Reolink IP cameras (bullet, dome, or PTZ) and supports camera resolutions of 16MP, 12MP, 8MP, 5MP, and 4MP to cover larger properties or multiple angles. Backup Options - Local backup: plug a USB flash drive into the NVR’s USB port for quick offline copies. - Remote backup: open Reolink Client → Playback → Remote Playback to download recording files to your computer. The RLK8-410B4 provides a straightforward, high-definition PoE security solution with motion detection, full-time audio recording, and flexible backup and viewing options.
