Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Ready for remote installations, the CINMOORE 4G LTE solar security camera delivers continuous off-grid surveillance with an included eSIM and built-in 64GB eMMC. Designed for outdoor use, it combines rugged weather resistance with long-lasting power and high-resolution color imaging to keep properties, vehicles, farms, and wildlife under watch day and night.

Connectivity & continuous recording: the camera’s eSIM automatically switches between AT&T, T‑Mobile, and Verizon to secure the best signal and supports Band 71 for improved coverage in remote locations. It offers 5fps Always‑On Recording (AOR) for nonstop monitoring, includes 1GB of free data, and lets you select a data package for ongoing use.

Dual‑SIM slots allow adding your own SIM when desired. Important: This camera comes with a monthly cellular data fee and does not support Wi‑Fi. Power & durability: an 18,000mAh battery paired with an 8W solar panel keeps the unit powered even in low-light conditions.

Built to survive harsh environments, the IP66 housing and exclusive heating technology enable cold‑proof charging down to -22°F, addressing winter battery-failure issues common in other solar cameras. Detection, tracking & deterrence: advanced AI delivers 360° auto-zoom (8x) tracking of humans and vehicles, plus sound-triggered alerts for barks and car horns.

Set up 6-way patrol points to run automated sweeps every 10 minutes, use custom voice alarms and a strobe light to deter intruders, and zoom manually while viewing live feeds. Image quality & night vision: equipped with DSLR-grade imaging, this camera produces true 2.5K 4MP full‑color night vision with sensitivity to 0.001 lux, preserving plate numbers, facial details, and accurate colors in very low light.

Local & cloud storage options: the non-removable 64GB eMMC provides secure, anti‑theft local storage at speeds up to 10× faster than SD cards, eliminating recurring local storage fees. Optional paid cloud backups are available on U.S. AWS servers if you prefer off-site storage. Ideal for home security, vehicle monitoring, remote properties, farm surveillance, and wildlife observation.
