Regal Ladino Clover Seed - 20 Lbs. | 24% Protein Perennial Forage (Trifolium repens)
Regal Ladino is a perennial ladino clover (Trifolium repens) that supplies high-quality forage for deer and other wildlife, especially from April through November. Research in northeast Georgia reports an average of 24% crude protein over three years. In trials, the University of Georgia found Regal to be the most-utilized of eight cool-season forages, and a separate comparison of three ladino varieties showed Regal to be the most economical source of nutrition. Seeds are treated with Nitro-Coat to improve crop establishment, emergence, survival and overall plant vigor. Nitro-Coat contains selected strains of very effective Rhizobia to promote nodulation and nitrogen fixation.
