Laiye Product details Other Restored Automotive Inverter

Laiye's Product details listing describes an Other-color pure sine wave inverter under Restored Automotive. Peak power options are 4000W, 5000W, 6000W and 8000W; continuous ratings are 2000W, 2500W, 3000W and 4000W. Input options are 12V, 24V, 48V, 60V and 72V. Output frequency is 50Hz±2Hz or 60Hz±2Hz, with stated conversion efficiency above 90%.

It has a soft start and a remote-control range of 200 meters unobstructed or 30 meters with obstacles. Thermal protection shuts off the output. Listed protections cover overload, short circuit, overheating, reverse polarity and under- or overvoltage.

Low-voltage protection is listed at 20Vdc±0.3V, high-voltage protection at 30Vdc±0.3V, recovery at 24V (25.5V±0.3) and temperature protection at 80°±5°. Do not connect the inverter to mains power or reverse its polarity. For motorized or inductive appliances, the listing advises a continuous inverter rating 3 to 7 times the appliance wattage.

A 12V–24V package contains 1 inverter, 2 terminal connectors and 1 manual. A 48V–72V package contains 1 inverter, 2 crimpers, 1 charging cable and 1 manual. If the unit does not start, check its connectors, power switch, socket voltage and polarity. If it powers only low-power devices, check battery capacity and voltage, wiring and lead length; cigarette-lighter socket use should not exceed 150W.

If the FAULT light comes on, reduce the load and check the battery. The listed runtime formula is voltage × battery capacity × 0.8 × 0.9 ÷ electrical power. For a 12V 50AH battery and a 220V 100W bulb, the example gives 4.32 hours. Here, 0.8 is the battery discharge coefficient and 0.9 the conversion-efficiency factor; battery age and condition affect actual runtime.
