The Eugene Color PS100 (sku-11386266592) is an Electrical Testing tool for 6- to 30-volt vehicle systems. It combines an AVOmeter, test light, flashlight, short-circuit indicator, relay and component tester, continuity tester, and bad-ground indicator.

Connect it to the vehicle battery to: 1. identify a positive, negative or open circuit without moving the clips between battery poles; 2. test continuity using the auxiliary ground lead; 3. send positive or negative battery current to the probe tip with the power switch to test a component without jumper wires; 4. check for poor ground contacts without a voltage-drop test; and 5. trace short circuits without using up fuses.

An internal circuit breaker trips if the tool is overloaded. Its long cable lets you test along the length of a vehicle without repeatedly finding a new ground.
