Its single-weave jacket is one piece, with large cover reinforcement at the shoulders, lapel, grappling chest and sleeves. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu cut is shorter and tighter than a traditional Judo gi for greater freedom of movement.
The pants use 10oz twill cotton, have reinforced knees and fasten with a drawstring waist. The supplied comparison with traditional Karate uniforms is K0 (#000), K1 (#00), K2 (#0), K3 (#1), A0 (#2), A1 (#3), A2 (#4), A3 (#5), A4 (#6), A5 (#7) and A6 (#8).
