Setup is quick and secure thanks to the 5-section twist-lock leg system. Engineered for stability, the 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter provides excellent torsional resistance while supporting a 26 lb (12 kg) maximum load—ample capacity for DSLR and mirrorless rigs with heavy telephoto lenses. Comfort and control features include a foam grip, safety wrist strap, and interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike for reliable traction on varied surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad accessory compatibility. An included ball head brings 360° panning, tilt control, and a U-notch for rapid vertical orientation when switching between stills and video. The ball head itself is CNC-machined aluminum with fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, a 17.6 lb load capacity, dual bubble levels for quick leveling, and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas.
