Built for demanding photo and video work, this monopod uses 10-layer carbon fiber tubing for outstanding stiffness, strength, and vibration damping. CNC-machined aluminum-alloy components with an anodized finish add corrosion resistance and long-term durability, while the whole rig still weighs only 1.1 lb (480g) for easy transport and fast handheld-to-support switching. Engineered for mobility, the monopod collapses to 18.5 inches for compact carry and extends to 66.9 inches to reach high or distant shooting angles. A 5-section twist-lock leg system enables quick setup and takedown on uneven ground or in tight spaces. Despite its lightweight construction, the monopod supports up to 26 lb (12 kg). A maximum tube diameter of 1.28-inch provides torsional rigidity, and user comforts include a foam grip and a safety wrist strap. Interchangeable contact points—a rubber foot and a steel spike—offer secure footing on a variety of surfaces. The top platform includes both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility with camera plates and accessories. You can use the monopod alone for a minimalist rig or attach the supplied ball head to gain 360° panning, tilt control, and a U-notch for quick vertical framing. The included ball head is CNC-machined from aluminum and rated for 17.6 lb. It features fine-tune damping to prevent unexpected drops, dual bubble levels for rapid leveling, and indexed base markings to help with repeatable panoramic stitching. When the ball head is mounted, the combined system has a load capacity of 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
