CNC-machined aluminum alloy fittings with an anodized finish resist corrosion and wear while keeping the unit lightweight at just 1.1 lb (480g). Designed for portability, it collapses to 18.5 inches and extends to 66.9 inches, with a 5-section twist-lock system for quick, secure setup and compact transport. Despite its light weight, the monopod carries a 26 lb (12 kg) payload capacity; a 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter gives excellent torsional stability for telephoto lenses and heavy camera bodies. Comfort and control features include a foam grip, safety wrist strap, and an interchangeable rubber foot plus steel spike to maintain traction on varied surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" fittings to suit a wide range of heads and accessories. An optional/ included ball head expands capability with 360° panning, tilt adjustment, a U-notch for fast vertical orientation, and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas. The precision CNC-machined aluminum ball head supports 17.6 lb and offers fine-tune damping plus dual bubble levels for accurate leveling. When the monopod is used together with the ball head the combined load capacity is 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
