Compact when stowed at 18.5 inches yet extending to 66.9 inches, the five-section twist-lock leg system offers quick, secure setup and teardown for overhead, tracking, or long-telephoto work. Rated to support 26 lb (12 kg), the 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter delivers excellent torsional stability for heavy camera/lens combos. Comfort and control are provided by a foam grip and safety wrist strap, while an interchangeable rubber foot and steel spike ensure reliable traction on a variety of surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility; use the monopod alone for a minimalist rig or attach the included ball head to enable 360° panning, tilt adjustment and a U-notch for fast vertical orientation. The supplied ball head features a 17.6 lb load capacity, precision CNC-machined aluminum construction, fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, dual bubble levels for leveling at a glance, and indexed base markings to aid repeatable panoramas.
