Designed for travel and fast-paced shooting, it collapses to 18.5 inches and extends to 66.9 inches, employing a 5-section twist-lock system for quick, secure setup and breakdown. Stability is engineered into the 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter and the unit supports a 26 lb (12 kg) payload—suitable for DSLR or mirrorless bodies fitted with large telephoto lenses. Comfort and grip are provided by a foam handle and a safety wrist strap; an interchangeable rubber foot and steel spike offer reliable traction on varied surfaces. The mounting platform includes both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility, and you can attach the supplied ball head to gain 360° panning, smooth tilt adjustment, and a U-notch for fast vertical orientation. The included ball head features a precision CNC-machined aluminum body, a 17.6 lb load capacity, fine-tune damping to prevent sudden drops, dual bubble levels, and indexed base markings for repeatable panoramas. When the monopod is used together with the ball head the combined load capacity is 30 lb. (13.6 Kg).
