A 5-section twist-lock leg system provides fast, secure setup and breakdown, making this monopod suitable for overhead framing, smooth subject tracking, or supporting long telephoto lenses. Despite its light weight, the monopod supports a 26 lb (12 kg) load. A 1.28-inch maximum tube diameter improves torsional stability, and handling is made comfortable with a foam grip and safety wrist strap. Traction options include an interchangeable rubber foot and a steel spike so you can get a stable footing on varied surfaces. The mounting platform accepts both 1/4" and 3/8" threads for broad compatibility with camera gear.
