Everlast Black Power Core Martial Arts sku-5182462011

The Everlast Black Power Core bundle, size S/M, is listed as Unisex Martial Arts equipment in Black (SKU sku-5182462011; UPC 469810211189). It includes a Powercore Fitness Training SHB punching bag for indoor home workouts, Core Boxing Gloves and 1 pair of Core pull-on hand wraps.

The bag has a high-density construction, an air-foam chamber for a realistic feel, a rounded target for moving around it and a power transfer ring that absorbs impact to reduce base movement and sliding. It can be used for cardio, leg conditioning and hand-eye coordination.

Fill its high-density base with water or sand to reach approximately 250 pounds with water or 370 pounds with sand; sand is not included. The bag provides an easy-to-hit target, adjusts between 54 and 65 inches in height and weighs 30 pounds.

The synthetic-leather gloves have a mesh palm for breathability and comfort and an antimicrobial lining intended to retain freshness and extend their useful life. They are suitable for sparring, mitt training and heavy-bag use; wipe them clean with a damp cloth. The machine-washable hand wraps have padded knuckles and a hook-and-loop Velcro wrist closure.

Pull them on under boxing gloves for added protection.
