The Power Acoustik PL-700HB is a 7-inch double-DIN all-digital media receiver with an HD 800 x 480 LCD and adjustable backlight. Its SmartSense clear glass capacitive touchscreen provides responsive control, while 7-color RGB LED illuminated keys and accents offer customizable illumination. Connectivity and phone features include Bluetooth 4.0 for phone calls and A2DP audio streaming, plus Android PhoneLink to mirror an Android smartphone display to the head unit via USB while retaining the phone’s voice recognition (requires original USB charging cable). Playback from USB supports up to 64 GB flash drives and handles 1080p MP4 and WMV video as well as MP3 and WMA audio files. Inputs and video outputs: a front-panel 3.5 mm aux input for external devices, RCA A/V input on the back panel for additional sources, an RCA backup camera input with +12-volt auto-on trigger, and RCA video outputs for rear-seat entertainment systems. Audio performance is driven by a 4-channel, 300 watts max Class AB full-range speaker amplifier. Tuning options include a 10-band equalizer with 8 dB boost/cut and multiple preset EQs.
