Made using the Peroxide Cross-Linking Process (Engel Method), it bends for installation in tight spaces and can reduce the need for elbow fittings; in some cases, it can turn at a right angle without one.
It installs with minimal tools for home improvement, plumbing maintenance, or new work in kitchens, toilets, and gardens. The tubing is lead-free, safe for drinking water, resists mineral build-up, and can be cleaned by flushing with water. It accepts PEX expansion (F1960), push-to-connect (ASSE 1061), plastic crimp (ASTM F2159), and brass crimp (ASTM F1807) fittings.
