JuRlvC model 01 is Red, 1/2 Inch PEX-B tubing supplied in a 1000ft length. Its EVOH oxygen barrier limits oxygen permeation to protect metal components from corrosion, maintain water purity and prevent bacterial growth. The cross-linked polyethylene tubing resists cracking, leaks and temperature changes from -40°F to 203°F. It bends around obstacles and accepts crimp, cinch, press and compression fittings. Uses include indoor and outdoor radiant floor heating, hot and cold water lines, snow melting, solar water heating and air conditioning piping. It meets ASTM F876, ASTM F877, ASTM F2023, CSA B137.5 and DIN 4726 standards and is UPC listed by IAPMO for potable water and radiant heating use.
