Unbranded MRPCBELL_PINK sku-18633067872 Aqua Bells

This Unbranded MRPCBELL_PINK pair of pink aquatic bells is listed under Aqua Fitness, sku-18633067872; UPC 741051380887. The medium-resistance, all-purpose bells have polycarbonate bodies, medium-sized fins and molded pistol grips that provide resistance as they move through water in any direction. Moving faster increases resistance; slowing down reduces it.

They can be used at slow, moderate or fast tempos for water aerobics, cardio, upper-body and core training, sports movements and strength work. The source describes them as suitable for users ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to professional athletics and says aquatic training has minimal joint impact.

It recommends pairing the bells with Aqualogix lower-body fins and describes them as more effective than one-dimensional foam pool equipment. A quick start guide is included. Made in USA.
