AquaLogix Bells Fins HRPCBELL/HRPCFIN sku-10305915856

The AquaLogix high-resistance Aqua Fitness bundle, model HRPCBELL/HRPCFIN, includes 1 set of Blue Maximum Resistance Aqua Bells and 1 set of Blue Maximum Resistance Aqua Fins. The bells and fins suit moderate to slower movements; powerful athletes also use them through their range of motion.

Smaller users may find the bells hard to move quickly except during core power movements and may prefer Smoke All-Purpose Bells. The fins have a wrap-around Velcro closure that fits ankles up to 13 inches, with modifications available for larger sizes. Moving faster creates more resistance in all directions, while slowing down reduces it.

The equipment supports upper- and lower-body pool exercises, including weight training, cardio, sport movements, core work and abs, with minimal joint impact for cross-training. The listing describes use across levels from post-surgical rehabilitation to professional athletics and says slower movement as users fatigue reduces weight-bearing injury risk.

A free Quick Start Guide, online programs and videos, and an online 30+ movement demonstration video are included. Made in the USA from U.S. and imported parts. SKU: sku-10305915856; UPC: 680168885192.
