Lubriplate SYN GR-132, L0336-039, Synthetic Lithium Base Type Grease, 115 LB Keg Drum

LUBRIPLATE SYN GR-132 is a 100% synthetic, state-of-the-art grease for medium to very high speed anti-friction bearings. This grease is also ideal for many types of automatic grease dispensing systems. The polyalphaolefin (PAO) plus ester basefluid combined with a lithium complex thickener makes LUBRIPLATE SYN GR-132 very compatible with many types of mineral oil based and synthetic greases. The PAO/Ester combination also enables LUBRIPLATE SYN GR-132 to accommodate very low application temperatures. LUBRIPLATE SYN GR-132 has an NLGI Grade of 2. The grease has a Dropping Point of 445°F (230°C) and a Service Temperature Range of -49°F to 266°F (-45°C to 130°C). The Viscosity of the grease is 23 cSt at 40°C, with a Pour Point less than -67°F (-55°C) and a Flash Point of 385°F (196°C). LUBRIPLATE SYN GR-132 has a Water Washout less than 3.0% and passes the Emcor Rust Test and Rust Preventive Properties Test. The Pressure Vessel Oxidation Test shows a 1.5 psi drop for this grease.
