The formula contains molybdenum disulfide, lubricity, antiwear and extreme-pressure additives, plus oxidation, rust and corrosion inhibitors.
It is designed to limit wear under load and protect equipment during high temperatures and extreme shock loading, which may extend equipment service life and lower maintenance costs.
