Unbranded Knife Sharpener Tools & Gadgets sku-18466206650

This Unbranded fixed-angle knife sharpener is listed under Tools & Gadgets as sku-18466206650, UPC 741050677940. Its mostly stainless steel stand attaches to a table or countertop with a G-clamp, while a metal fixture holds the blade. The 360° flip design lets you sharpen either side, and a screw on the vertical rod adjusts the angle.

No angle is marked on the rod because the width of blade extending from the clamp affects the grinding angle. The kit includes 4 stones: 3pcs diamond stones at 240#, 600# and 1000#, plus 1pc 1500# ceramic stone. Use the coarser stone for initial sharpening or edge repair, the medium stone to refine an edge, and the finer stones for polishing and honing.

Put a few drops of honing oil on the ceramic stone; kerosene, lubricating oil or cooking oil can be used if honing oil is unavailable. The sharpener can be used on knives, scissors, chisels, razors and other blades. Its handle sits above the blade to keep the hand away during sharpening. If your phone lacks a rangefinder tool for setting the angle, the listing suggests downloading the Measure app.
