The KFFKFF manual fruit and vegetable slicer adjusts from 0-0.5" / 0-12mm using a knob on the blade disc, for thin slices or thicker cuts such as cheese. It has two replaceable 420J2 stainless steel blades that release with a snap mechanism. The full stainless steel body can be rinsed under running water and is described as more durable than aluminum alloy alternatives. The feed chute measures 7.3" x 3.9" x 5.1" (185 x 100 x 130 mm) and takes ingredients such as potatoes, lemons, onions and cabbage. A spring pusher controls ingredients of different lengths, textures, sizes and densities; a gentle spring helps prevent delicate foods such as tomatoes, kiwis and cheese from being squashed. Rotate the blade disc with the one-hand handle. Six suction cups hold the slicer in place during use and help reduce hand strain during longer sessions.
