K&N 57-3043 Multicolor Cold Air Intake sku-34791283

The Multicolor K&N cold air intake kit, model 57-3043, is listed as 50-state legal for select 2004-2006 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon models with a 5-cylinder 3.5 L engine, and the 2006 Hummer H3 with a 3.5L engine. It is also described as fitting other select vehicles; check vehicle fit. K&N guarantees an increase in horsepower and acceleration without an ECU tune.

Dyno testing showed up to 50% more airflow than the factory air filter box and intake tube. The kit is intended to improve throttle response, including when towing uphill, and changes the engine sound. Its filter helps protect the engine from contaminants and needs no cleaning for up to 100,000 miles. Installation is described as a bolt-on job taking less than an hour with basic hand tools.

A 10-year/million-mile limited warranty is stated. SKU sku-34791283; UPC 024844109415.
