Troubleshooting (see the video demo on the page): ① Before using the remote, open the plastic cover and remove the plastic film from the bottom of the button cell; ② If connection fails, clear existing Bluetooth pairings on your phone, then restart Bluetooth and reconnect; ③ After extended use, low battery in the button cell can cause connectivity problems — replace the button cell (non-rechargeable version) when needed; ④ Loosening: use the attached wrench to adjust the screws at the connection points; ⑤ Instability: if the middle pillar shifts, allow the three feet to come together so the unit forms a four-point landing for greater stability.
