Snapshots of the Past sku-13283068294 is a Black Wall Art print, size L, measuring 16" x 20". Its image shows workers stacking thousands of signs at local March headquarters on 8/26 for participants to carry at the 8/28 March on Washington. UPC: 468482925189. The company produces historical maps, photographs and prints restored from Library of Congress archives.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008. Lithography was invented in 1796 and enabled inexpensive mass production of prints.

In 1989, the Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project, which laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program launched in 1995. That program digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural history. These reproductions use archival paper and pigmented inks, materials intended to last for generations.

The range also includes old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco. The prints can be displayed at home, in a study or at work, or given as gifts.
