Snapshots of the Past sku-13245358890 is a Black, size L item listed under Posters. This 16 x 20-inch historic print depicts mills on the Appomattox River near Campbells Bridge in Petersburg, Virginia. The company makes reproductions of historical maps, photographs, and prints restored from Library of Congress archives, using archival paper and pigmented inks intended to last for generations.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers have included over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for a White House redecoration project in 2008. Lithography, invented in 1796, enabled inexpensive mass production of prints.

The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989; it laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural heritage. The company's catalog also includes holiday posters and early aerial views of American cities for display at home or work or as gifts. UPC: 464230542196.
