Snapshots of the Past Wall Art, SKU sku-13302507772 (UPC 463190702534), is a Black, size L reproduction print titled "I'll tell - tell her on the telephone. I'll tell Tilly I want her for my own." It measures 16" x 20". The company restores historical maps, photographs and prints from Library of Congress archives for use as home decor.

Founded in 2001, Snapshots of the Past was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers have included over 200 bookstores and other retailers, along with tens of thousands of Internet customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008.

Lithography, invented in 1796, helped make inexpensive mass-produced posters possible. The Library of Congress launched its American Memory pilot project in 1989; it laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural heritage. The prints use fine-art and archival paper from respected brands.

Prints made with archival paper and pigmented inks can last a lifetime and be passed down through generations. The collection includes old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day posters, as well as early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco. These retro-style prints can be displayed at home, in a study or at work, or given as gifts.
